Panther basketball week 1: evaluations are ongoing - we get started with off-season Monday. I have never been more excited to work with a group of guys. Our potential is unlimited - we have great attitudes, great work ethic and we are all great teammates. Love this group.
Deliberate practice: we will work offensive and defensive transition exclusively; all our skill work will be within these two phases of the game. We will be the best transition team. Conditioning is a must.
